Peter Mountain Programmes usually involve anywhere from one artist (who is almost invariably a pianist) to five (Gonzaga band, Leodian Quartet-plus-clarinettist) but we have presented concerts by the City of Bradford Chamber Orchestra, which numbers about 17 players. It is led by Peter Mountain (left) and conduccted - from the harpsichord where appropriate - by Alan Cuckston (right)

On their first visit, in November 1999, the programme also featured soloists Susan Bourne (flute) and Edward Lockwood (horn) in works by Haydn and Rawsthorne.
